Features of CNC stone cutting machine:

1. The machine has a heavy-duty load-bearing structure, with two high-stability columns, and each column has four rails, which can adjust the balance through rollers, with low friction and high precision.

2. The top frame achieves synchronous lifting through the steering device; the screw rod is equipped with double nuts to increase the lifting accuracy.

3. The cantilever part adjusts the distance between the guide wheels on both sides through the screw rod and the polished rod. The rotation of the two pairs of guide wheels is always controlled by CNC; the rotation angle of the guide wheels is controlled by the reduction box to achieve the same direction as the rope cutting.

4. The working table travels on a national standard track with a screw rod and a cycloidal pinwheel reducer motor.

5. It has an automatic alarm device for broken ropes to prevent broken ropes from being twisted into the inside of the machine, with high safety performance.
